AGREEMENT

By purchasing from Fleuret Records you are automatically agreeing to the Terms & Conditions as laid out below.

PREORDER

Preorder items take approximately two (2) months to ship. All Fleuret sales are preorders unless otherwise specified.

TAXES

If your country is part of European Union you will be charged with 24% tax while checking out.

International customers are responsible of paying possible import taxes and duties for ordered goods. They are not included in price of any items or shipping costs.

We will not mark our shipments as gifts, nor claim them to be any less valued than stated on the receipt.

POSTAGE

All orders are shipped with tracking number. Please double check your email when placing an order. Shipping confirmation including tracking number will be hereby sent to this email once shipping label for your order has been created. On this email theres no mention of Fleuret Records nor the items you have ordered.

Shipping takes from 1 to 3 weeks.

Note that due to Covid-19 shipping might take longer than usual.

DAMAGES, LOSS & REFUNDS

If the product is received damaged in the post, or gets lost during transit, Fleuret Records must be notified immediately.

RETURNS

If an order is failed to deliver or not picked up by our customer then it will be returned to us. To re ship them we will charge full shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on delivered goods.

All sales are final.
